DELIVERY & RETURNS
I HAVE PLACED AN ORDER. WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
Firstly, thank you very much for your purchase on our online fashion store! We appreciate your support to our small business. We aim to send all orders within 2 working days from when an order is placed. If this is not possible, we will contact you to let you know the expected delivery date.
HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?
UK Mainland - prices vary between £2.50 - £4.00 according to the product.
Europe - prices vary between £6.95 - £9.95 according to the product.
USA - prices vary between £7.95 - £11.95 according to the product.
International customers are responsible for all import/customs/local tax fees that may be incurred upon receipt of your package.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Delivery is usually within a few days for Mainland UK. However, during particularly busy periods, such as Christmas, please allow longer than usual for your order to arrive.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I PUT THE WRONG ADDRESS FOR DELIVERY OR NEED TO CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS?
Please contact us immediately if this happens. If your product has not yet been sent for delivery then we can amend the delivery details.
I MISSED MY DELIVERY. WHAT HAPPENS NOW?
If you missed delivery of your items, or didn't pick them up within the required time, they will be returned to us.
This also happens if you input an incorrect or incomplete address, so please be careful when completing these details. Once we receive the returned items, we will notify you via email. Unfortunately we can't cover the costs of reshipping to you, therefore we will send an invoice to cover shipping your items again.
MY ITEM IS DAMAGED. CAN I EXCHANGE IT?
Certainly! We aim for our products to arrive in perfect condition but should there be any damage caused during transit, we will happily exchange the item. So, if the package shows any signs of damage please send a photo to our Customer Services team so we can make an inquiry with the courier.
CAN I RETURN AN ITEM IF I CHANGE MY MIND?
Yes, you can return an unused item, in it's original packaging, within 14 days. Please note that we are still a start-up and we will not cover the return postage costs unless the item is faulty. We will issue a full refund or exchange upon receipt, excluding the original delivery charge if you paid one.
Please note that due to hygiene reasons we can not accept returns on earrings. Thank you for your understanding.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
We can only exchange an item if you require a different size, provided that it is unused and in the original packaging. ( For our clothing products)
